Who Is Neal J. Kinney?
Neal was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and is a graduate of Walnut
Hills High School and the University of Cincinnati. As a UC student, he
was a co-op employee with Cincinnati Bell and accepted a full time
position there upon graduation. He has experience there in engineering,
operator and directory services, public relations and corporate
security. He then moved into Human Resources where he contributed in his
roles as Employment Manager, EEO/Affirmative Action Manager, and as Management Relations Manager until his early retirement in 1995. The
last project Neal co-ordinated before retirement, was the implementation
of the early retirement program
in 1995.
Since then Neal has been self employed, successfully providing
independent on demand HR consulting and contracting services to
companies large and small including Kroger, GE, McDonalds, Xavier
University and many others.
His past and present community, business and societal actives have

Fund raising activities have included The
United Way, The Fine Arts Fund, The YMCA and various college fund
drives.
Neal enjoys driving his Corvette, jazz and classical music, reading,
live theater, his wife's gourmet cooking, walking and swimming.
